today is a good day to get old. as i opened my eyes to grab ahold of my bb that was going nuts with bday messages, life kindly reminded me what birthdays are all about - getting older..with a nicely wrapped neck spasm in a red bow. hbd2me! at least i don't have a gnarly hangover! hahahaha
